Nothing Bundt cakes sent out a PROMOTIONAL email, offering free "confetti" bundts to consumers between the hours of 11:15 and 1:15. I arrived at 11:45 to be told that they were "all out" and "sorry". I am in the service industry and when you offer a promotion like this, you need to have a SOLUTION for those scenarios when you "run out" of said item. . .it is a simple part of CUSTOMER SERVICE that this company clearly does not understand.
