On The Border Reviews
We were well taken care of. The food was great and fast. Recommend them highly!
We had an AMAZING experience at this location. Our last visit was not up to standard by any means. It was terrible service and terrible food. We decided to give this location another chance and left with nothing but great things to say! Lani was our server and she is more than kind and energetic. She sets the tone for the whole restaurant with her confidence in her work. Please give this woman as much recognition as possible. She deserves to be known for her hard work and compassion...read full review
They closed the one by our house so our family goes further to go to this location and it's worth it. Drinks are cold and everyone can get food they like. Never have a complaint from our kids. Portions are pretty big so there are plenty of items you could split and still be full.
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina offers a mixed experience, highlighted by attentive service and fresh, hot food. The manager multitasks to keep operations smooth, even though some customers faced confusion at the entrance. Recent reviews praise servers like Ashly and Jennifer for their kindness and helpfulness in menu suggestions. The food, including favorites like Loaded Nachos and Fajitas, continues to impress, with many customers noting the incredible flavors and presentation. However, there is still mention of a persistent sewage smell. First-time visitors enjoy the food, drinks, and atmosphere, making it a family-friendly place with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility on the first floor. Although there have been some challenges, the overall experience at On The Border remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
