I stopped by Brohans and kicked off the night with a glass of champagne. The service was incredible from the moment I walked in — I was greeted right away and escorted upstairs. The space is dark, cozy, and has such a great vibe. Both bartenders, coincidentally named Chris, were fantastic. We tried the duck wings, duck-fat fries, and even some sushi — all of it was delicious. Roth's Sea & Steak offers an outstanding fine dining experience with exceptional food, presentation, atmosphere, and service. Guests have praised the steaks as beautifully cooked, flavorful, and tender, with the Beef Wellington described as absolutely amazing. The sushi, pork belly, NY strip with scallops, Maine lobster tail with homemade pasta, and elk tenderloin were all beautifully prepared and delicious. The Citrus Fog and complimentary truffles provided a wonderful finishing touch. Cocktails are unique and delicious, including the lemon cello rose cocktail and the rye whiskey one. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, with beautiful mountain views. Service is personable, attentive, professional, and accommodating. While one visit noted some issues, including being out of the Beef Wellington and sandy mussels, the overall experience remains highly regarded. Roth's is considered the best fine dining experience in Colorado Springs, perfect for a special occasion or an unforgettable dinner. It is less stuffy and pretentious than Penrose, though not a budget option. Guests look forward to returning and highly recommend it.
