“Had to leave Burger King cuz they take too long in the Drive-Thru so I came to Sonic. Have never eaten at a Sonic until today. Had plenty of cars in front of me and the service was very quick in the Drive-Thru. The two gentlemen that were working up front were clean-cut and professional. Food is way cheaper than McDonald's and Burger King. Happy I decided to stop here today. They have a new customer! The french fries are the best of any fast food chain!“
“I had an order messed up one day, it happens so no big deal. When I called to voice my issue the staff was more than helpful with my issue. My next visit was amazing and I was even comped for my missing item. Give them all a raise because this was 10/10 service.“
“This Sonic drive in is close to my job and it's something different than your normal fast food places. Sonic delivers a variety of foods that Burger King, McDonald's and Wendy's do not serve but their awesome variety of sodas and shakes are the main reason for my visits. The only reason I had to give 4 stars is because they're always out of something. It might be a hot dog or hamburger bun or sourdough bread and it's always the item I'm ordering. But other than that it's a great place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thanks“
“I had an issue , so I called and spoke to the manager. This manager made things right. She offered me a free combo meal. I picked up the meal for lunch today. Staff at the window were friendly, and I got my food with no issues. Things happen, but it is how they are rectified. I would have to say sonic manager on 8th St. and today's staff have great customer service! The food was also good 👍 😋“
“The drive thru was long and they were short staffed. But the workers were super nice and patient with a great attitude about it. I know how some people can be when there’s a wait. So gives these workers praise for making a bad shift into a good one. They even gave us a coupon book for our wait! Friday night at 10:30pm 10/11/24“
“Service was okay, the person taking our order seemed a little impatient or annoyed with us, not sure if this was because of the speaker being a little static filled and they couldn't hear us well but they didn't seem very pleasant. Our car hopper that delivered the food seemed a little standoffish but wasn't downright awful. The Sonic looks a little run down outside, we weren't sure if it was open or not when we got there because it looked closed down. Limited ordering stalls, there were 4 and the rest were mobile pickups and park and eat stalls, the normal drive through is open though. The food itself was good. Tasted like every other Sonic I've been to, though my burger was lukewarm and not hot. We ate there in the lot so it's not like we drove home and it was cold or anything. We ordered 2 burgers with large drinks and sides, a kids meal, and a large order of mozzarella sticks with the total coming to $38, overall not a bad price for the amount of food, especially around this area. My husband and daughter said their food was hot and delicious. We would eat here again.

“Truly is one of the best Sonics I've ever gone to. My only complaint is that every single time I get the pretzel's and ask for it with the cheese sauce they never give me it. Other then that its amazing. Yall please give the cheese sauce with the pretzel's. I just want my cheese“
“We have been coming to this Sonic for about two years now. At first it was always a huge disappointment, with cold and old food, wrong drinks, broken ice and ice cream machines most of the time, and a long waiting time.
For the past few months this has been the best Sonic ever. The food is always hot and fresh. We use the app to order and we never have to wait for our food more than 5 minutes, the drinks are always right with the exact amount of ice we ask, and they even put the right sauces and napkins in the bag! I don't know what happened, but they are killing it! The workers are also so nice and kind and always give us the food with a smile.
I'll keep coming to this Sonic, just keep up the good work!!!“
