We ordered through the app and it let us pay, because they SHOULD have been open at 7:20pm on a Saturday! But then an employee came out and told us that they closed at 7 and wouldn't issue a refund.
Worst location still to date. I haven't been to this location in over 5 months. We were in the area so we decided to stop by. Put in the order @ 10:15 & FINALLY got our food brought out by 10:55. I pushed the red button & no answer. Finally I went through the drive thru & was told to go back & wait in stall 12. Like why could you not just hand me my food through the drive thru? I've already waited 35 minutes at the stall. I regret doing a mobile order because I would've left....read full review
🤬Worst service ever.. Wait 15 minutes in drive in before order.. Get to the window girl is on cell phone.. Look in window and one man is throwing ice at the other and walking around doing nothing.. When girl at window sees me video taping she puts the phone down and opens the window.. Ask me about another order which I know the car ahead of me ordered and got tired of waiting a left.. The owner of this place needs to drive through themselves and see the service first hand.....read full review
