Subway in Colorado Springs

“I’ve been going in for several months now and Sila is always there and makes my sandwich perfect. Now you can read the other reviews and get mixed feelings about this location. Personally, I prefer to have my sandwich made in a timely manner, but I’ve noticed other people complain about them being made “too fast” on these reviews??

I’ve seen firsthand the wild online orders that these workers have to make, but they never complain or judge. They also have quite a few delivery orders and treat those people well and trust me I have seen rude delivery pickup people.

Takeaways: 1. Most times when I come in, there is a significant line, but it always gets cleared up in a reasonable amount of time. 2. If you want a slowly made sandwich and want to complain about employees doing their job, then this isn’t the location for you lol!“

“Sometimes you need a quick sandwich and this location makes the best fast food subs in the area. They understand the customers needs and are quick to respond with friendly service. The good is always fresh and super tasty. My visit was a pleasant one, with hopefully more to come. A very generous 5 stars; all around it was a great experience.“

“I went in today and ordered 14 sandwiches during their lunch rush. Instead of getting upset, they made my sandwiches and were extremely friendly, given the circumstances I put them in. “I had a fantastic experience! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, just what you'd expect from a great Subway. My sandwich was made exactly to my liking. Same with my wife's and child's.

What really stood out was the excellent service. A huge shout out to Shauna! She was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. It's clear she takes pride in her work and loves food service.

“Every time I go into this location is too young men that in there can’t really think of their name, but they are so awesome. Always make my sandwich with perfection and if it’s not the location on Woodman cause that’s the location I’m talking about on Woodman in Colorado Springs they are amazing. My sandwich is always made to perfect perfection. The vegetables is always fresh. They always have a pleasant attitude about themselves. I just love this place specially on my days. I really don’t feel like cooking.“

“I haven't eaten at Subway for many years because the quality and service were slipping. They have certainly made some improvements. I ordered a club sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon and had them toast it and ordered the cheese I wanted and toppings I wanted rather than going with the preset menu listing. I had lunch for $10 and it was good. So good that in fact, I've eaten there several times now and plan on continuing to get lunch there. The prices are much higher than pre pandemic, but that is the new norm, and the sandwich was good. They carry Lay's brand chips for the win. Don't expect real bodega/deli sandwiches here, it's still a national chain and still run by a huge corporation which puts profits over product, but they have made some changes for the better and I will come back as long as the quality and prices remain consistent, and the staff is friendly and act like they take pride in their work and care about the product. The last time I was there, the artist, (do they still call them sandwich artists?) anyway, the artist that made my sandwich made a comment on how nice my sandwich looked when she finished adding the sweet onion dressing. She was right, it did look yummy and the fact she even noticed, showed me she cared. Not just about my sandwich, but about her job as a sandwich maker. I will go back just for that. That customer service and little extra touch made a difference in how I view Subway now and why I have been back several times even though I have many other options right in the same neighborhood.“

“I had the BEST Subway experience today! A bald gentleman with a beard (I didn’t catch his name) made me the best sandwich I’ve had in years. I ordered the Subway Club, and he took the time to ask how many slices of cheese I wanted, how toasted, how much sauce—every detail! Because he cared enough to ask, he got it 1000% right. This is now my go-to Subway, and honestly, this gentleman deserves a raise and should be in charge of Subway training nationwide. Outstanding service and an excellent sandwich!“

“I've been going to this Subway location ever since it opened a few years ago. I always have a great experience here, often going out of my way to go to this location instead of a different Subway. The main thing about Subway is getting fresh bread, which this location always has. The service is great... Shellie, Sean, and Rylie are always very helpful and friendly. 5 Stars.“

“It would be a good place to go if they didn't always run out of sandwich making stuff so often. Last time I was there they were out of steak meat, and it was only around 630 on the evening. The time before that it was onions and banana peppers. Then it was mayo. They also are having a hard time keeping the help there. Which, I feel for them, not an easy task these days. The owner, though, should be more on top of the ordering at least.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to both Boady and whomever wears a name tag with ‘Mustache’ on it from my experience here on 7.26.25. This is my first time coming here as I do not live here, but I was attending a conference that day nearby. They were about to have a shift change and Boady was about to go home for the day when we all decided to show up and eat there during our dinner break. Boady decided to stay after he was clocked out to help ‘Mustache’ serve all of us. The two of them were absolutely exceptional! They stayed calm and professional the entire time.
