Miette offers an incredible dining experience in a cozy cabin setting, complete with a snowy view that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant features a menu where customers can build their own plates, and the drink selection is impressive. The food is beautifully plated, creative, and elevated, served by attentive staff who pay close attention to details, from menu design to the quality of place settings and the pace of service. The venue, a small and snug space, fosters an intimate feel, making it a perfect spot for a special meal. The chef and kitchen staff, led by Chef John, deliver excellent dishes such as beef tartare, escargot, and the apricot gazpacho, which is slightly sweet, tangy, and very refreshing. The seabass with potato gratin and roasted carrots is highly recommended. While service is generally good, some minor improvements could be made, especially in knowing table assignments. Overall, Miette is a hidden gem of Crested Butte, offering stellar food and a very special dining experience.
