“High end Mexican food joint. Decor is rad and the dish options aren't the typical fare every other Mexican food establishment offers. The chips and salsa are not complimentary like most places, but once you order them you realize why. Homemade chips and an assortment of three super grubb salsas.
Went with the gorditas with carnitas for lunch. Masa style shell stuffed with beans and juicy pork. Fantastic dish. Tamarind Spicy marg was really good as well.

“So we love Marcos but a little frustrated that this location is not honoring the online codes. Very front page of the website right now is advertising a code for “Newmag” on the new magnifico pizzas however when I called the store to order they weren’t able to honor it, despite it being the homepage of their website. When you try to order online a pop up comes up saying to contact your store to order…? A whole lot of runaround for a deal that just doesn’t exist at this location.“

“I just want to remark on the unbelievably fast delivery time. This is an ongoing thing too. I order pizza and the site says 45 mins for delivery. The food shows up on 20 mins, piping hot and from the friendliest dude ever! Great hire with the older gentleman delivering the food. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here. He has always been over the top friendly. The food quality is amazing and the food is super hot. GREAT experience all around. Thanks BLACKJACK Erie!!“

“Love Potbelly! Great sandwiches and it's nice that they offer a wrap option now for a little change up.

I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. Much appreciated Vida.

“one of the workers(didn't catch his name) was worried about oneof my buddies i ride with and asked what was going on an how he was. overall good food and atmosphere. also the worker was a kind genuine guy. if you see this, i want you to know you made my day better by not judging me off what i wear and ride.“

The guy at the counter actually rolled his eyes at me when I walked in and muttered 5 words our whole interaction and every single one had a tone with attitude. I think it was just this guy being rude but the sandwiches are fantastic“
