sylvia the owner knows mexican food better than all of colorado, with a mezcal bar that is not easy to find - this place is great for tourists and native mexicans will agree - adelita's is the best food and best bar menu in all of denver, plus the owner is a really great friend to my community and has donated a lot of food to support my loved ones networks . Adelitas offers fantastic Mexican fusion cuisine! I'll definitely return for more. Their espresso shots, recommended by ours waitress, were surprisingly good.
