This place is great. Disregard the whiney ladies like Tammy M and Cheryl T. They haven't had any attention from their husbands in years. Highly recommend Babes, especially when they have live music. Enjoy friends, food, and drinks with a friendly crowd at Babes!
We come for the bands. They have issues with serving water. First time, I asked for a pitcher, they don't serve pitchers of water. So, the waitress brought over several cups of water (thank you). Came tonight and they're charging for tap water. How sad! WOW!

Haven't been to babes at night time to check out their bands. We stopped in last night after going to the Assumption bazaar on 78th and York. We stopped in decided to have a few beers and we actually stayed a little bit longer because we enjoyed the band that was playing. I don't remember their name which I should but I don't know if they'll ever be back. They seem to have a great following so I do feel bad that I didn't get their name but if I do get it, I will edit it in here....read full review
