I’m disappointed to share that after helping Blackbird Public House and Ritual Public House secure funding for their business operations — including their most recent rounds on April 7 and May 1 — the owner, Garrett Ladd, has failed to pay the agreed-upon commission for advisory services rendered.
The first fee was paid through his financial advisor, but Mr. Ladd has not responded to multiple attempts to resolve the outstanding balance directly.

Wonderful relaxing Place to go for a drink! Great Bartenders. Live Music some nights! Great Happy Hour as well!!!
