Their website and Google both show they open at 5 pm today. 30+ people at the door waiting to get in at 5. Worker says oh we don't open till 530. Everyone out front said what about your website and Google saying 5?? Worker said we don't open till 530 so don't know what to tell you! Terrible customer service. Too bad as food is usually good. Go to Brooklyns next door instead! They lost a ton of business tonight as everyone walked over to Brooklyns instead!
Great location for having a bite and drink before a game. Reservations are difficult so plan ahead. I have to say we were very disappointed in the burger. Quite possibly the worst burger in Denver. Dry, no flavor, over cooked, stale bun. Need I say more for a $25 burger?? The wings were good and meaty. Arena prices buyer beware.

Unfortunately we didn't make it past security :( They DO NOT ALLOW external batteries in case you need juice for the Nuggets game. Do not try to bring it in. They are VERY strict about what you can bring in as they almost rejected someone with a medical bag. Lastly, they tried to make me take out a graded card I wanted signed at the game, sorry no chance. It looks fun though! Edit: To add, Ball Arena has no problem with External Batteries or Trading Cards just to be clear.
