Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but worth it! Food was delicious, atmosphere was spot on, mead was delicious and staff was kind and attentive!
Wow! This place is super cool. Its ob the smaller side, but don't let that deter you. The vibe in here is amazing. The food is wonderful. Drink menu is extensive. And, best of all, they have live music on certains days.
Haven’t eaten here but came in for drinks and loved the vibe & the mead. Feels like being at a renaissance fair or in a true old Celtic or medieval tavern.
Only thing that wasn’t for me was there were some metal songs mixed in among the more fantasy, renaissance fair type music. It’s just personal preference but those songs pulled me out of the sweet vibe every time.

Carw Gwyn is a super cool place that is on the smaller side. The vibe is amazing and the space is super pretty. The food is wonderful and delicious, with a wonderful selection of mead and various beads. The drink menu is extensive and the booze selection in general is awesome. The staff are friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The interior makes you feel like you are in Rivia, or at a renaissance fair, or in a true old Celtic or medieval tavern. There is live music on certains days, like Irish Music night on a Thursday, though some metal songs mixed in among the more fantasy, renaissance fair type music pulled one reviewer out of the sweet vibe. The food seems reasonably priced and tasty. Do not skip the mashed potatoes, they were a surprising star. It feels fancy without feeling pretentious. Parking was a pain but that is Denver, not the fault of the restaurant.
