Cattivella offers a pleasant dining experience in a fun area. It is a great Italian restaurant and such a gem, with truly wonderful, authentic Italian food and excellent wines. For those who do not have the appetite for big portions, it's best to order off of the Happy Hour menu. Each item was delivered hot, plated beautifully, and delicious. The kitchen is dominated by a huge, wood-fired oven which adds a delicious char to everything. Outstanding salads and vegetables, pizza, pasta, meats and desserts are served with prompt, warm-hearted service. It is fun to watch the cooks at work in the open kitchen. In warm weather, there's plenty of patio space for dining. Highly recommend for special occasions or a trip to the suburbs.
