This place is awesome.. Great food and drinks, nice decor, friendly staff, etc.A lot of the negative reviews are really just from people going to an event nearby and complaining about a wait or slow service... If there's an event right across the street at mile high, you're probably not going to get fast service (understandably)..
I got the chicken tacos. The waiter warned me that the chicken is sweet...which I thought. "How Strange." But I like sweet so I went for it. (I am mostly a vegetarian and this restaurant does not have a ton of options for me)The chicken tacos came, the chicken. Itself was dry and strangely sweet. Upscale tavern offering many upscale food options. Large seating area with outside tables too. Extensive tequila and mezcal selection. Had the pan seared salmon at Cilantro which was excellent.
