They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.“

I entered reluctantly and was BLOWN AWAY by the kindness shown to us by Kim. She was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She walked us through everything and was never pushy. Jules and the whole team at Novo always provide a great start to the day with kind and welcoming service, excellent coffee, and very tasty pastries. “I stopped in to try this place after a rheumatologist appointment next-door, and it was the perfect pick me up before a long drive home. While my sugar-free breve was refreshing, the coffee flavor and syrup strength when paired together seemed less than impressive to me and was, on the whole, a forgettable experience for this particular palate. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend giving it a try—but I wouldn’t drive out of my way to visit this business again. The server wasn’t as warm and friendly as my husband’s Americano but instead gave off a cool, aloof manner to match the ice cubes floating in my own cup. The space itself is stunning and full of natural light—it would be a nice retreat for reading a good book. Just know you’ll find the characters on page are more congenial than the man serving you behind the counter.“
