“Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.“

“Stayed at this hotel for a work trip and it was phenomenal! The staff was extremely helpful and the rooftop bar was incredible! Beautiful sunset views over the mountains and perfect view of downtown Denver. The hotel is in a great location - very easy to get around! Will definitely be back!“

“💻 Atmosphere:
This is a great spot to spend some time during the day. It's a wonderful place to catch up with friends or to get some work done, as long as you aren't on phone calls. The setup is comfortable, and even when it's busy like when we visited between 10 AM and 12 PM on a weekend. It's still a place you want to hang out in.
😊 Service:
The customer service here is always great. The staff really knows their stuff! My husband has asked technical questions about coffee notes, and I've asked about how they froth their milk, and they are always friendly and open to answering everything. When we did the coffee flight, someone brought it over and explained each selection in detail, which made the experience even better.
The Coffee & Drinks:
My husband and mother in law are the real coffee snobs, and this is their favorite. They love that the beans are never burnt, so you can actually taste the fruit and cherry notes.
☕️ The Cappuccino Test:
One of my husband's big indicators for a good spot is if they serve a cappuccino in a traditional small container rather than a giant grande cup of milk. This place passes the test! He loves chatting with them about the bean origins and their recommendations.
- For the Coffee Purists: He swears by the Nitro Cold Brew and Cappuccino. We buy bags of beans here regularly. Make sure to get a stamp card because your 11th bag is free!
- For the Latte Lovers: I usually get the Chai Latte. I always choose spicy over sweet. They add a bit of cayenne pepper which gives it a great kick to wake you up!
- The Reserve Flight: We recently tried the $30 Panama Geisha set. Being Panamanian, it was awesome to try the Interstellar, Enigma, and Symmetry. They give you cards explaining the notes, and we could really taste the plum in the Symmetry! They even provide water to cleanse your palate between sips.
🍴The Food:
Don't skip the pastries! They are very tasty, but they go fast because they're so good. If you see something you like in the case, ask for it!
✅ Overall Experience:
My husband and I love this spot. Whether you are new to the coffee scene alike me or need recommendations on good cof you're a total coffee expert, they will take care of you. It was a fun, educational experience to do the tasting flight, and the atmosphere makes it a place I always look forward to visiting.“
“Someone gave me a bag of this coffee and I looked it up to get more not realizing that this was a wholesale distribution center. I entered reluctantly and was BLOWN AWAY by the kindness shown to us by Kim. She was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She walked us through everything and was never pushy. We will always support this business! We love their coffee and their people. I am reluctant to buy online because the drive from Castle Rock was worth it just for the interaction ❤️“

“I have never visited their cafe as I live out of state, but I was sent a bag of the Civitas roast as a gift. This was right up my alley. I love a strong black coffee and this was very smooth, no bitterness as some coffees tend to be.“

“Novo has amazing coffee and awesome people. I've always been welcomed and served with the highest level of customer service. Once, they even remade my drink because a little bit spilled out when they were moving it across the counter - even though I didn't ask for this and I would have been fine with it. They really care about people and the quality of their drinks and service. Never had food here so I can't comment on that. But it's an excellent coffee shop experience. Bright, airy interior with one of the best patios in Denver. Thank you Novo for being a solid staple of the Denver coffee scene.“
