“Someone gave me a bag of this coffee and I looked it up to get more not realizing that this was a wholesale distribution center. I entered reluctantly and was BLOWN AWAY by the kindness shown to us by Kim. She was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She walked us through everything and was never pushy. We will always support this business! We love their coffee and their people. I am reluctant to buy online because the drive from Castle Rock was worth it just for the interaction ❤️“

“Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.“

“Stayed at this hotel for a work trip and it was phenomenal! The staff was extremely helpful and the rooftop bar was incredible! Beautiful sunset views over the mountains and perfect view of downtown Denver. The hotel is in a great location - very easy to get around! Will definitely be back!“

“I have never visited their cafe as I live out of state, but I was sent a bag of the Civitas roast as a gift. This was right up my alley. I love a strong black coffee and this was very smooth, no bitterness as some coffees tend to be.“

“$15 here gets you a quality cup + amazing pastry. Unfortunately in Denver, coffee shops tend to do well at one or the other but not both, and if so, an inviting space or friendly barista usually is also compromised (e.g., Queen City: excellent coffee, gross pastries/food; Little Owl: excellent coffee & pastries, tiny space, stuffy upscale atmosphere that’s too quiet to hang in; Crema: pretty good coffee and great pastries but basic selection and loud/poor wifi/no outlets (BUT excellent food); Whittier Cafe: poor coffee, pastries, and indoor space/outlet availability but somehow pricier than all the others). I set high standards for Corvus since they do appear bougier and their prices are above average, and I can say I’ve only had consistently good experiences that were worth it. The space is inviting, clean, and naturally lit with lots of outlets; I’ve never had an issue finding a spot to post up and work. It could be stuffy but the baristas are super friendly and professional across both locations, and don’t hover over the tipping screen. Pastries are fresh and unique. Music is good and at good volume. The quality coffee makes up for the slightly higher prices, and the unlimited drip is worth the purchase if you’re spending time there. I’d have an important business meeting here just as easily as a casual meet-up. Only complaints are that some of the furniture is wobbly in RiNo and could use some tightening, and I wish there were healthier menu options outside of their energy balls.“

“I got the lavender iced latte. It was pretty good quality and strength. Outdoor area needs a little attention. The bar-height counter is overdue for sanding & fresh stain/lacquer. There were no seats. Not sure if this is a standing area only, but stools would have been nice.“

“I stopped in to try this place after a rheumatologist appointment next-door, and it was the perfect pick me up before a long drive home. While my sugar-free breve was refreshing, the coffee flavor and syrup strength when paired together seemed less than impressive to me and was, on the whole, a forgettable experience for this particular palate. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend giving it a try—but I wouldn’t drive out of my way to visit this business again. The server wasn’t as warm and friendly as my husband’s Americano but instead gave off a cool, aloof manner to match the ice cubes floating in my own cup. The space itself is stunning and full of natural light—it would be a nice retreat for reading a good book. Just know you’ll find the characters on page are more congenial than the man serving you behind the counter.“
