Corvus Coffee Roasters inside the Novel hotel lobby offers great coffee and tea with a simple menu and a few pastries. There are fun spots, including a fireplace and outdoor seating, making it a nice place to sit and chat or work. The espresso is delicious, and they recently launched a cocktail program with elegant drinks. The atmosphere is modern and techy, perfect for remote workers or those seeking quality coffee.
