“Curtis Park delicatessen is very good !!!“

“My husband and I are from Colorado Springs and we had family in town from Maryland and we took them to Lou’s this past Thursday for lunch. My husband and I have never been there either. What a WONDERFUL experience and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I bought the premade rigatoni bolognese to take home for a dinner after our family left. This evening when we went to cook it we weren’t sure on the temperature or timeframe. I called Lou’s and the gentleman remembered us and gave me instructions. Super Awesome folks with delicious food. Thank you guys for the help over the phone with cooking instructions. We will definitely be driving to Denver again to frequent this establishment. 10 out of 10 for sure. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!“

“Leven’s is incredible. The food is homemade. The flavors big and bold and delicious. And the service is the best I’ve had in years. Makes me wish I lived closer. It’s that good.“

“Damn good sandwiches. Best on Tennyson, although I know Eloise is popular it is not as good unless you are a huge fan of Texas toast and it is more expensive . Have tried twice and will probably keep going back until we get through the whole menu. Sorry my pictures kinda suck.“

However, I stood waiting to order under the sign that says order here for several minutes while staff goofed around on their telephones - before asking if I wanted anything. The place is nice enough and in a good area - though the music in the place, while good, was much too loud for early am hours or probably really anytime.“

“Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The food and service here are excellent. I have Celiac and am allergic to dairy, but was able to eat here without having a reaction. The staff are highly attentive and go above and beyond to make the dining experience special. The atmosphere is tidy, peaceful, and welcoming. The prices are reasonable with satisfying portion sizes. My new favorite Deli in Denver!“

“The deli is inside the gas station, which has been around for decades. It’s family owned and operated (mostly). The folks here are always friendly.
These folks care about how a sandwich is built, which is appreciated. They have an extensive amount of sandwiches they offer, some of which may not be in the displayed menu, but they’ll do whatever you’d like if they have it available. They cut everything fresh, produce and meats. Hot subs are cooked on a conveyor toaster. Bread is sourced locally (the white sub roll is the best).
They also offer salads, breakfast burritos, potato and macaroni salads, and green chili - but I haven’t tried those yet.

“Popped in here for a sandwich, I got the one with roast beef but they have other options including chicken and ham. They also have a great selection of drinks from canned sodas (poppis along with the usual coke, dr pepper), teas, etc. The sandwich was excellent, I got the larger size and was not able to finish it in one sitting but it made great leftovers.“

“I ate at Curtis Park Deli for the first time today and had such a great experience. I was really excited to try it because my boyfriend always talks about how it’s one of his favorite sandwich spots.

After we ordered, the cashier told us we could take a seat while our sandwiches were being prepared. When our order was ready, he brought our food out to us and let us enjoy our meal before paying. I know it’s a small gesture, but moments like that truly make my day and really stood out to me.

I ordered the caprese sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. You could really tell how fresh the ingredients were. Overall, everything about the experience was great and the sandwich was amazing. I definitely recommend Curtis Park Deli and will absolutely be back!“

“Zaidy's is a favorite after-church brunch spot for several choir members. It's a convenient location close to church and the food is always good, even if we have to wait. We tend to be a large party most of the time!“

“Went in to order a sandwich. The person took a call while I was ordering. I stated what I wanted. They asked what meat. When I stated what meet they did not hear me because of taking the call. I asked if they were asking what I said. They then told me to figure out what I wanted from the menu in front of me while they took the call. Since there were no other customers and two staff people, I will not be coming back. This was at around 11:40-11:50 on the 7th of December in 2024.the picture is me leaving whe the employee is still on the phone.“
