The order was correct and they were very thoughtful about preparing it. They accommodated a vegetarian on staff. Delivered promptly. But the biggest point I heard from the team was DELICIOUS. One meeting participant said, "it's the real deal". We ordered through EZ Cater.“

Incredible sandwiches and market selections, plus extremely hospitable/welcoming crew. The wagyu steak sandwich and house made pickles were some of our favorite items. “Love this joint! Walked in at the peak lunch rush, with a 4 sandwich order. Something like that, one would expect a pretty hefty wait.
Not here, though. I ordered,four Cajun Turkeys and the sandwich maestro turned them out in under 10 min!
These guys are,no nonsense, sandwich extrodinares. I've been eating at Heidis, for decades. Wish there were more around town, but, alas, there are not.
I'll even tell you about a secret sammy, not on the menu. The Hell's Chicken. It's their phenomenal, Chicken Salad Sammy with Cajun sauce. 👌 Bon Apetit!

“My husband and I are from Colorado Springs and we had family in town from Maryland and we took them to Lou’s this past Thursday for lunch. My husband and I have never been there either. What a WONDERFUL experience and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I bought the premade rigatoni bolognese to take home for a dinner after our family left. This evening when we went to cook it we weren’t sure on the temperature or timeframe. I called Lou’s and the gentleman remembered us and gave me instructions. Super Awesome folks with delicious food. Thank you guys for the help over the phone with cooking instructions. We will definitely be driving to Denver again to frequent this establishment. 10 out of 10 for sure. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!“

“I love classic sandwiches where you can actually SEE the meat being sliced, and this place serves exactly that. I ordered a rueben sandwich and a pastrami. Delicious!! They close at 2pm because the deli guy said it’s an industrial area. He said I can place orders before 2pm and they will save it for me to pick up later, such a nice person.“

“I love the weekday specials and the burger I had (Tex Mex) was juicy and filling. These days everything is expensive. If you join their rewards program you can get $5 off of your order. It made my visit only $11 for a really decent work lunch. I work across the street at the Wells Fargo center.“

“Went in to order a sandwich. The person took a call while I was ordering. I stated what I wanted. They asked what meat. When I stated what meet they did not hear me because of taking the call. I asked if they were asking what I said. They then told me to figure out what I wanted from the menu in front of me while they took the call. Since there were no other customers and two staff people, I will not be coming back. This was at around 11:40-11:50 on the 7th of December in 2024.the picture is me leaving whe the employee is still on the phone.“
