Egg Belly is a delightful restaurant, offering an array of delicious dishes. The menu boasts fantastic food, including the Breakfast Burritos, Banh Mi Pork Tacos, and egg rolls. The chef, Chef Billy, is friendly and willing to chat. The restaurant's food truck, located outside the Crooked Stave, serves dishes like Pork Bahn MI and house-made egg rolls. The owner delivers food to tables and is known for his excellent customer service. The food truck is stationary and located outside crooked stave brewery. They're also serving up egg rolls, pho, and more. The owner is awesome. The Bahn Mi tacos were delicious. Everything is great. The burgers are also great. Highly recommend the pork if you get tacos or a breakfast burrito. And if they have them can’t skip the egg rolls.
