The customer service here sucks. The dude in the back pouring beers with the pony tail needs to understand that customer service is key in a small business. He has none! This was the first and last time I’ll step foot in this establishment and now I pass the word along Theo the community.. FICTION needs to vet their employees.. this guy is a disgrace to human dignity.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT GO! Find another place!
