“We’ve been several times and they never disappoint. Went for New Year’s Eve with a group of 6. To start, the bar staff is amazing. You have to try a Stoli Doli if you enjoy a cocktail. It was understandably busy, and they were a half hour late with our table. The hostess comped a full round of drinks for the inconvenience. That was super nice of them and really had us looking forward to dinner. Most of the table had filets and they were perfect. All sides are excellent, I am especially fond of the Parmesan truffle fries. Service was top notch as it always is. Cannot recommend this place enough, they truly care about you enjoying your meal.“

“We went to Shondiz last night for dinner and it was excellent. We were served barley soup (ashe joh) when we first got there and it was the best I ever had. I ordered mast-o-mousir to start and it did not disappoint. My husband ordered zereskh polo with chicken and I had the juheh kebab. Both meals were great. The owner Mohammed came out to talk to us and he was really friendly. We will definitely be back!“

“Sadly this gem is only open for dinner - Th - Sat, it may be old but it's not tired. The culinary techniques are modern such as the dehydrated pearl mushrooms - so tender and juicy or table side Caesar -prepared with pride, and topped with house baked croutons. Food was well executed. Service was attentive but not rushed. The English Pea Pepe Bites are a cheese filled bite of bliss. This gem of a formal dining room is a culinary institution.“
