First time at Freddy’s…went through the drive through. Alison was so kind and patient explaining the menu and differences in the shakes. Got the Oreo concrete and Dr Pepper float with the original Freddy's smash burger. All delicious…I was a happy to wait a few extra mins because I knew they were making them fresh, and fresh it was. We were at Freddy's on vacation from WI we had the lemon and orange like slushy and they were great tasting. Couldn't find to many custard stands 😢 on the way out northwest. Went again the next day for custard, great again.

Ben is a phenomenal manager. I had a coupon for a $3 shake that expired today. They were low on vanilla ice cream, and Ben felt bad and gave me a coupon for shake next time! I was having a rough week and day but Ben’s service is top notch! Keep people who care like this guy and advance them forward. Thanks Ben and Freddy’s
