Improper City is one of the few places that actually have a non alcoholic on tap along with local non alcoholic beers. Great place to enjoy the nice weather as one of best patios in Rino.
i had fun in their atmosphere but they have limited food. I’m sure you can bring flowers if i’m from other places.
