“Registan Kebab is a great spot if you’re looking for authentic Central Asian food with real flavor. The kebabs are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. You can really taste the quality of the meat and the traditional spices.
The plov is rich and flavorful, the samsa is crispy and fresh, and the portions are generous. Everything tastes homemade and authentic, just like traditional Uzbek/Tajik cuisine.
