If you're looking for the best Peruvian food in Denver you've just found it. I always recommend this place as the best Peruvian food the Denver metro has to offer because I've never had a disappointing experience while dining here. They have it all, even Cusqueña and Inca Kola. My all-time favorite dish is the Lomo Saltado. It's marinated and cooked just right every time. Super attentive staff. Lots of tasty cocktail and juice options. I thought the fried corn appetizer was interesting. I had my eye on a lot of different entree options but eventually settled on the tallarín saltado — the sauce was so flavorful. My husband got the lomo saltado and loved it. Seems like a good spot to bring a group in downtown Denver near 16th street that isn't too busy.
The ceviche and the peppers n steak are great - order a cusquena beer with your meal it taste great - if u don't love u u bite
