Perfect snack/coffee stop at Denver Airport! Great service and amazing empanadas!
We had 4 coupons for a free empanadas. there are 4 of us and I had 4 coupons. coupon states 1 per person per transaction. I called before I came and was told I could use 3 . I arrived and I'm assuming the manager/owner said I could only use 1. He was incredibly rude and hateful despite me explaining that I had called in advance and drove out here and was told something different. He responded, " Well, I say no"... super rude. Maria Empanada is a great selection of empanadas in the airport. The empanadas are delicious and fairly good, especially with the sauces. There is excellent counter service and decent value for the price, but the price point usually stings. You try the Chorizo and Egg Empanada, the Mushroom, Argentina, Sierra flavor and sweet or spicy surprises. Fresh‑squeezed orange juice is offered, and an Arnold Palmer is perfect to wash it down. The menu is full of sweet treats, savory shocks and spicy surprises, and the spread is a Latin American food fest.
