“I was having the toughest mental/emotional/physical health day and Kevin, Damaris, and the staff there literally changed my day/life with their humanity. Who would've thought that could happen at a McDonalds? I was unable to order breakfast at Drive-Thru (it was about 11:03 am) and I was so frustrated. I took the chance and went inside and they took such great care of me. I feel so much better and am forever grateful for the kindness of these strangers! “Reliable spot to grab a quick bite whenever we go through DIA. I'm typically ordering for 3-5 people depending on how many of us are traveling, and I've only ever had one mishap with an order, which was promptly corrected without argument or fuss. Would definitely recommend“

“Best McDonald's location that I've beaten at in a while. The food was hot and fresh and didn't take long. There is no public drink machine though, they fill your drinks for you which I thought was odd. They have a parking lot that can accommodate semis which is amazing to see. The staff inside this restaurant really know how to run a place. 10/10 would recommend to any professional driver looking for somewhere to eat and use the restroom.

“Showed up in full spent after 11 hours of legitimate challenging manual labor baking under nature's crispy on the outside, pieced out and fried hard like a precooked holiday hamm you missed where it says they already took care of that and pulled a giant first piece of ham jerky without an edible bite to share to make the pain of embarrassment and letdown a bit less horrible anywhere on the table. Just as out of gas in the tank to even get to the station under the cars own power. Came up short with the cost by 25% and the guy working the drive through cuffed me the dough I was short and didn't make it weird even a little. Food was good too.“

I have vivid memories of pulling through the drive-thru as a kid, excited to get my Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and see which toy I’d get. “Kid-friendliness: It's a bit chaotic with unhoused people and it can get very crowded and loud so I wouldn't really go in with my kids if it's hectic.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic so people do struggle coming in and out if on a wheelchair or walker.“

“These lovely folks were oh so kind and helpful by allowing me to walk through since my van broke down a couple blocks down the street and I was starving to death and hadn't eaten in over 24 hours! “Very friendly location we went inside the establishment chat down right away to get ourselves together for what we're going to eat. It takes a bit longer than expected. But there was no issues they didn't sweaters didn't ask us if we were going to eat or anything we just mind your own business. I think it's the McDonald's in business. Good area nice location. Humongous play area for the children. Vary clean.

“Went on the Sunday of pride and didn’t expect to get my food as fast as we did. Store was filled to the brim with people ordering and eating and they got our food out in less than 5 mins! Staff was on top of it and was super nice even with how hectic it was!“

“My car broke down in their lot, the manager was polite, friendly, and respectful about the situation. I was initially nervous to bring it up but he was more than cool about it. Took a a few hours to get my car up and going and they did not bother or hassle me at all. I want to thank you for your patience, good customer service, and being understanding about my situation. I'm glad I got my car up and going and didn't get stuck longer. I can't thank you enough and I appreciate yall for being understanding.“

“I came in here after going to three different McDonald's locations trying to find the Pokémon Happy Meal toys. They had them! Picked up four happy meals and went on my way. Hot fries, good burgers.

Only negative point was the weird vibe around the checkout area. Everyone just stands around these now like vultures and crowds up the area because nobody dines in anymore. Maybe make a queue so we don't have to move people out of the way to get to the ordering stations/employee at the register. That's just a modern problem though, all locations have it.

“Clean and very nice customer service. Honestly don't think they give a fair chance of employment to people that are not Latino. That made me very sad because I'm a single mother looking for work while I attend school.

“Ordered on the app, and we arrived promptly probably right as the order was finished cooking. I love McDonald’s and have of course eaten it since I was a child.

I normally don’t get this but I keep hearing the quarter pounder is a fresh patty burger unlike anything else on their menu. I’ve had it before and of course it’s always been pretty.

I’ve single handedly had the best quarter pounder and possibly McDonald’s burger in general ever tonight at this location. It was fresh, still hot, and all of the toppings were perfect.

“Best McDonald's location in the area, I have never had an order issue except Grimace Shake, I think they were out and gave me like two huge iced coffees or something. Food is usually really fast, a big bag of cheeseburgers is usually out in like 2, 3 minutes.“

“Computers in front, so no more smiles and gratitude from employees. They hand you your food, and then disappear before you can request other items like sauces and napkins. Also, drinks have to be made by the employees. Apparently, this particular location has a soda theft problem, so you are no longer allowed to use the soda machine.“

“I first walked in and walked past the manager not even a hello not even what do you want nothing so I go on to my app and I start my order after I place my order I asked to use the restroom because the sign says only paying customers which I totally understand in this day and age after coming out of the bathroom I passed by the manager again but this time I attempt to greet the manager I worked in customer service for more than 20 years and I've been district manager and store manager of companies and I believe customer service should be number one with that being said my interacted with the manager of the second time I introduced myself after interacting with the manager the second time I received my food but the fries we're very unsatisfactory a lukewarm or cold french fry from McDonald's is no good at this point I asked the store manager after handing her one and she looks at me kind of confused I tell her that I want to bring my wife home food she's going to be happy especially since she asked me to bring home a large fry and a Coke the manager was quick to obliged and get me fresh fries“

“Service was outstanding place looks great with the new renovation. Super friendly staff, most of the staff was bilingual speaking both English and Spanish I loved to see it would come back and recommend to everyone

“The most kind lady I've ever met.. allowed us to order past closing time after seeing me and my son staying late at night in the airport with a delayed flight.. and gave us lots of extra food .. That's who you'd call an angel ??“

“Typical McDonald's. You know what to expect when you go. I like the Double cheeseburger and coffee plus some of the breakfast options like the sausage biscuits when pressed for time. I only use the drive through now although parking does seem available most of the time. The kiosks inside are a pain to use. I've never had a problem with the order here, but wait times can sometimes be longer than expected. The fries are good when hot, but not when they come out cold which they did on my most recent visit.“

“Okay, I got to say this has to be one of the cleanest McDonald's restrooms I've ever been in. It was immaculate, I wish the restroom at my house looked this good. Whoever cleaned that restroom, thank you for taking pride in your work. Quick Service too, staff was very friendly. What a blessing this McDonald's was.“
