The lady tried to tell me my mobile app deal for 1.50 off Mocha OR Caramel was only for hot coffee. We ordered the Carmel Frapp first - Then added the code. The screen showed us, instantly, that it took 1.50 off my Frapp. She continued. How many sugars? I said ‘Doesn’t it come sweetened?’ Mind you, it’s 5:55am and I’m on my way to work. Had a bad experience, rather weird, will call number to report but i figure id put it up here in case anyone else almost gets scammed: my total came to 4.19 i paid exact change at window one and was in a hurry and didnt get a receipt. Pulled up to window two and cashier named Jose who i had previously paid cash to at window one says "i hadnt paid, where was my receipt?"
