About Mukja Cafe

Mukja Cafe is a family owned Korean street food restaurant in Denver. It began as a top Colorado food truck and now has a permanent location in the Highlands at the Student Assembly Living building. The food is consistently flavorful, creative, and well executed, and the team is always friendly and welcoming.

The menu offers Korean fusion foods. The crab Rangoon cheese dog is a favorite, and the Korean Cheese Dogs and trifecta cheese dogs are standouts. The kimchi fries with bulgogi are a must-order. Other must tries are the Korean Popcorn Chicken, Bulgogi nachos, Wonton Nachos with half beef/half spicy chicken, kpop chicken, crunch rap, potato roll, crab Rangoon roll, and salt bread. The chicken is tender and the salt bread is crispy. The food is reasonably priced, and the quality and quantity never disappoint. The service is great, and the hospitality is the best. It is a place to recommend for a quick lunch or for anyone looking for great Korean street food in Denver.
