The customer service we received at this restaurant was terrible and the way the Manager, Zach, handled the situation was totally unacceptable! We will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. We had a reservation at 5:30 on Saturday, April 27. We got stuck in traffic leaving downtown so I called ahead to say that we'd be a little late. I was told the reservation would be held for 15 minutes and we arrived within the 15 minutes. I celebrated my birthday yesterday with some friends and it was, as always, an amazing experience!!! Amanda was out server and she was polite and so very friendly. I visit often and have never had a bad experience but this was above and beyond. thank you.
