About Paborito (Filipino BBQ)

Paborito is a restaurant serving delicious Filipino food. They offer dishes like sisig, pork bbq skewers, and pancit, as well as a tofu sisig option for vegetarians. The sisig is particularly noteworthy, with a spicy kick from Asian chilis, crunchy chicharron, and a creamy sauce. **Their lechon (crispy pork belly) is chef's kiss good**. Paborito also introduced arroz caldo to their menu, and they change a few things to their menu over time, like the sinigang and the kare kare.

The restaurant is located in a unique setup with around twenty kitchens to order from, and food can be picked up from a locker or front desk after ordering on a screen. The lobby has a generic, dream-like quality, and there may be a steady flow of delivery drivers and in-person customers. **Customer service is top notch and the food here is excellent!**

While the prices are a bit steep, customers have praised the food as being worth the wait and some of the best Filipino food available. Some have even compared it to food made by a mother or grandmother. The lumpia was so tasty and crunchy! The chicken had that nice char from the grill and you can tell it was marinated and seasoned well! The sisig had soooo much flavor! The lechon kawali was crunchy and delicious! It’s amazing to have a Filipino bbq presence in Denver that is true to its roots. So if you're looking for some authentic Filipino cuisine, Paborito is definitely worth checking out.

Authentic Filipino taste! Even the condiments tastes like home. My favorite is the lechón kawali, karekare and sisig. The crispy pork is done right. Each meal is generously portion. The pork and chicken barbecue are juicy. It’s my go to dinner for when don’t want to cook.

I've only had the lumpia, lechon, BBQ Chicken, and pansit so far, but I've had enough to know that I'm going back for everything else over the next few days. So glad we finally have a Flip spot we can be proud of on this side of town! Let's go!
