After a terrible experience with a broken kiosk that resulted in a 50 minute wait for 2 burgers, Jack handled it perfectly. He resolved the issue with kindness and patience and is definitely the reason I'll be returning!

My husband loves their burgers. The shack burger tastes good. Friendly staff. Quick service.Vegetarian options: They have good food and shakes, except the shroom burger. It was smaller than the shack burger, cost more, and it didn't taste that great. It had too much cheese stuffed inside. I thought it was a thick portobello mushroom, but it wasn't. I will not be getting that again.

I have struggled with an internal love hate relationship with this shake shack since it’s original management got the boot. It was at one point, an excellent Shake Shack location that produced quality food + looked like a great place to work. Like all good things that only lasted about a year. Since then, management has tumbled over and over again.
