Awww yeahhhh!!! The amazing spot is inside the Zeppelin Station. We ordered chicken tendies with waffle fries. The order came with about 3-4 good size pieces of hot, juicy and crispy chicken on a bed of toasted bread. You also get pickled onions and pickles. The fries were seasoned to perfection. Staff was helpful with explaining the menu and gave us some recommendations. 10/10
I came across Soi Kowboi on a 5 hour layover in Denver and knew I had to get out of the airport to not lose my sanity. It's in the arts district east of downtown Denver. The owner, Blake, started a conversation with me as I was looking at his menu and decided to give it a whirl. Boy did I make a great decision.
