Cozy almost as if you were at home drinking coffee. It was previously better when it appears that this particular Starbucks wasn't doing as much business, due to the now absent living room furniture that existed prior to the space-saving tables and chairs. The sofas and loveseats were much more comfortable. However, oddly enough, the coffee shop retained its home-like aura. I would not recommend this location because i was in there last Saturday (12/15/18) with my kids, my son ordered a KIDS Carmel apple spice. When he got his drink it over spilled onto his hand and have gave him second degree burns on his fingers. Thank goodness he did not take a drink out of it because the burns would have been inside his mouth. I will post pictures of his burns on their timeline.
Love this location the only problem was the plugs along the wall were not working. Great place to relax, people watch and enjoy a drink! I'm from Vancouver, BC! Thanks Denver for being so friendly.

Starbucks is a pleasant restaurant with friendly and quick staff. They provide accurate mobile orders, even for large groups, and ensure neatness in food and drink presentation. The staff is welcoming, especially in early morning hours. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and located on one floor. The atmosphere and ambience are lacking, with limited seating and no chairs or tables, resembling a 1980s Soviet Eastern bloc prison. It's a busy downtown location with almost no seating inside, likely to prevent homeless people from lingering. The staff, including Donovan and Dez, are very helpful and patient, providing great customer service. Customers are advised to be prepared for a wait if planning to sit in.
