Steve's Snappin' Dogs is one of the few remaining places to get food on Colfax that still has that "weird, fun Denver" vibe that has become increasingly difficult to find as this city becomes a bland hellscape of yuppie fusion restaurants.
Steve is all, a benevolent creator who breathes more life into us with every hotdog scented exhalation we scream at the sky.
