Outstanding service and a really delicious meal. Certainly not what I expected in an airport location. The FoCo Cobb Salad was delicious with lots of crispy bacon. Our burger was actually cooked medium rare as requested. Well done New Belgium!
Really great service, quick and attentive. They actually cooked my burger medium rare! My wife's salad had plenty of bacon so she was happy too.
I'm always happy if I have a long enough layover to eat at New Belgium. Have been going for years and have never had an issue. Yesterday I only had 35 min and was easily in and out, although it was packed. I recommend the fish tacos. Staff is always friendly.
