Yuki Ramen + Taki Sushi Highland is a great place for sushi and katsu. The Tokyo roll, chicken katsu, karage, and gyoza are all delicious. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. The sushi is the best, with the chef custom-making pieces and explaining each one. The ramen, especially the Tonkotsu broth, is outstanding. The noodles are some of the best, and the ramen egg is perfection. Authentic and superb Japanese food is available, including a great Japanese IPA.
The ramen is excellent, both regular and spicy tonkatsu. The broth, noodles, and pork belly are everything one could want. The homemade gyoza is worth the order. The Fatty Yellow Tail is to die for, and the Tonkatsu Spicy Miso Ramen and Shrimp Tempura Curry Udon are highly recommended. The sushi is phenomenal, fresh, and carefully curated. The ramen is unbelievable, and the place is a gem in Denver.
