“Everything was fantastic.
Appetizers- chickpea fritter, tomato burrata, and baby carrots. The chickpea fritter had a very smooth consistency like silken tofu. It was so yummy.
Entrees- braised cabbage and trout. The braised cabbage was so delicious.
We also ordered a few drinks. I had make me a gin cocktail and it was just ok. My friends enjoyed their drinks.“

“The turkey sandwich lack of taste. I couldn't find any sauce. Also rather than the tortilla chips, could've be fries which match better in my opinion.
A little surprise was a hair over the tortillas.
I'm glad I was wearing glasses. A good habit if you're in a public place like Denver Airport.
Maybe a full hair protection would avoid that embarrassment.“

“I was surprised with dinner for my Birthday, and you did not disappoint! Not only was everything we tried ( I'm seriously going to dream about the harissa eggplant fries) but the attention to detail and the fresh flavors were out of this world! Additionally, special attention was paid to our food allergies and It was a huge weight off our shoulders to not have to worry about that! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it! We had the harissa eggplant fries, the pork cheeks, the Lebanese garlic dip, the spanakopita, the carne paella, and kept everything off with the chocolate torte! phenomenal food and staff!“

“Forest Room 5 is, to me, like browsing a nostalgic, 80’s themed museum or time capsule at 3:33 AM. It has such a calm and inviting atmosphere for such an eclectic and somewhat bizarre setting. It is a vaporwave connoisseur’s ultimate dream- old objects your parents or grandparents might have had lying around when you were a kid, old documentaries and music, coupled with the pastoral vibes of a forest you might have visited long ago, or have fond memories about growing up. The vending machine is an eclectic goody bag of random objects with somewhat sentimental quality. It’s as though they plucked random memories from my subconscious mind and sold them to me. The bathrooms are some of the most calming rooms in the whole bar, with spacey visuals and reverb-tinged music filling the space with nostalgia and comfort. Forest Room 5 is an absolute gem in a city famous for its avant-garde establishments and attractions. PLEASE check them out. All of the staff were very kind, the drinks were creative and enjoyable, and the food is delicious.“

“I am REALLY picky about my dumplings and these are made with artistry, TLC and genuine skill. This is NOT a dumpling factory like Din Tai Fung...these are made with real care and it's reflected in the taste and texture and try and braised beef noodle soup as well as the pork belly bao: Yum!“

“Perfect spot for a peaceful layover (B terminal) In the middle on the mezzanine at Denver International Airport….good food and cocktails. Great service. Welcoming. There are tables with comfortable chairs with plugs at tables. Lounge 5280 has a relaxing & welcoming bar (sports on TV)One end has high top tables with soft chairs in addition to the comfy chairs & tables. Lounge overlooks the moving travelers, and duty-free shops below-but is still quiet..As you walk up to the other -front- end there is a casual patio with patio tables and chairs. So, there is a something for everyone. Good views inside the airport—and lots of light—We had the warm olives with delicious Manchego cheese and a nice cocktail. It was really excellent.. . can’t speak to other items but they have 6 other food items on menu. Also avocado toast & bagels for breakfast menu. Extensive beer, wine, and cocktails menu.. Lounge 5280 is in the middle of the middle terminal (B terminal) mezzanine . Highly recommended.“

“Had a wonderful dinner last night. Wasn't sure what to expect when we walked into the hotel, and was very pleasantly surprised. The first question from our server was if we were going to a performance after dinner. Since the answer was yes, we were very pleased that she did everything she could to keep us on time. The food was delicious! We both had a fish - the tuna nicoise and the trout. Beautifully prepared. A perfect crème brûlée and off we went: on time and well fed. Give it a try!!“

“Best satay I’ve had in years. Pho is amazing! The two ladies working tonight around 4 when I placed a to go order were so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is so clean and cozy. My #1 pho spot in Denver and I’m from New Orleans area with great Vietnamese food and fresh seafood. This place could easily be one of the best restaurants I’ve been to for a bowl of pho and a cold beer.“

“This is officially our new favorite tapas in Denver! I had the best two different mezcal margaritas that I’ve ever had. The plates were very big as tapas go, and everything was delicious. It was very fairly priced given the large portion sizes. I especially recommend the chef’s choice cheese and the garlic trio. Service was the best part of a wonderful experience, and we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful chef, who explained each dish to us and made recommendations. We will absolutely be back.“
