Great Savory breakfast pastries, always hot and fresh. They are definitely worth the price and size.Would recommend to anybody.
“The Shepherd” seems to get tastier and tastier every time I visit.
I drive from Highlands Ranch (40 minutes +) to get a beautiful fresh pasty and I make sure to get 10 more frozen ones to cook at home.

As an Englishman in America there are certain dishes I miss like - a good ploughmans, fish and chips, and a good Cornish pasty. I can get fish and chips but have never found a good ploughmans, or a good Cornish pasty, until today.
The pasty republic’s “Miner” (Cornish) pasty is legit. It was delicious and definitely a taste of home. I bought 9 frozen pasties to go but I’ll definitely be returning once they’re gone.
