What The Pho Reviews
Ordering was fast and simple. Food came out less than 10 minutes. I would gladly walk 2 miles to eat here again. Pho was amazing, even on a summer day. I’m not a big fan of 16th street but this place is hidden from the chaos. A bit pricey but worth it.
This is my favorite pho place in Denver by far. Greatest vegan pho ever, super flavorful broth. Does anyone know why they are temporarily closed and if they are going to open again soon? I order from here at least once a week and I’m starting to go into withdrawal.
The pho was good and this place is hidden behind a second door so many people walking by may not see it at first sight. Was visiting from out of state and it was a few min walk from my hotel. Convienent location near 16th st

What The Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant that offers a variety of pho dishes, salad rolls, and coffee. The pho broth is described as not overly salty or oily, flavorful with umami, and rich, featuring plenty of meat. The chicken pho is tasty, although a bit salty for some. The salad rolls are large in size, with tender and smoky grilled beef spring rolls that are particularly good with the dipping peanut sauce. The restaurant is noted for its fragrant pho simmering all day, filling the large dining area with a cozy vibe. It is a popular spot for both adults and kids, with the latter enjoying slurping up the chewy noodles. Besides pho, the menu includes a selection of appetizers, vermicelli bowls, rice platters, Vietnamese sandwiches, and drinks like Vietnamese coffee and boba smoothies. The service is friendly and prompt, helping customers with to-go boxes when needed. Despite a less distinct entrance on the Champa side, the restaurant is busy during lunch hours and many customers seem to be regulars.
