There are not enough stars to rate how amazing this place is. It is our first stop for every trip to the Palazzo/Venetian. Not only is it amazing, top-notch food, but the cool, boujee lounge area that is set with comfy sofas & love seats with a variety of small tables - giving the intimacy of being at home. Always top notch great tasting food. Cannot complain about anything. Staff is great and friendly. Food is delicious and great atmosphere.
Celebrating our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Dinner at Yardbird. Grilled salmon caught my eye along with the St. Louis ribs. Wow the salmon is unbelievable, cooked to medium with a flavorful spice. Crispy on the edges and juicy inside. The ribs are served under a glass smoke bell. As I picked the first one up, I felt the meat move off the bone. The taste was outrageous. I ordered the ribs dry, the flavor was smoky, meaty and seasoned to perfection.
