“Got a Maui Chicken Bowl at the Artisan Rhapsody event in Vail this past weekend. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the panko breading was crispy and light. The rice was perfect - neither sticky nor dry. And the sweet/tangy sauce, I could have eaten with a spoon. All of the ingredients of the bowl - rice, chicken and sauce were in excellent proportion to each other and the green onion garnish not only looked pretty against the golden chicken gave the bowl a pleasant, bright flavor pop. We bought one to share. Gobbled it up and immediately got another!“
