“We spent the week in Snowmass and Aspen, we hit up a bunch of pizza places and this was hands down the BEST pizza in the valley! The atmosphere was wonderful and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We highly recommend making this one of your stops with the family.“

“This restaurant has great food and great location. I had pad Thai chicken and beef. The first night I requested spicy chicken, and it wasn’t nearly as spicy as I wanted. The next night I tried the pad Thai spicy beef and asked for “extra spicy”. Now this was made perfectly with a ton of heat! Great flavor, very authentic flavors and friendly people“

“Service was poor. Waiter never came back to check on us. The fish tacos were the worst I have ever tried. I couldn’t even finish one. The guacamole is mainly tomato and onion. The rice tastes like packaged rice. Don’t waste your $ here.“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “We had a great dinner and Santiago was a fabulous, friendly server! The Red Deer was amazing and fork tender. The meat and cheese tray had wonderful cheeses and something for everyone. Great, cozy environment with wonderful drinks.“

“For such a small town, they certainly pack in the taste buds. Located at the Hotel Jerome ( a local fave ) we stopped in and had no problem getting a table for lunch. We had the onion soup, a couple of salads, some wine and that dessert - huckleberry pie something and it did not disappoint. Plenty to share.“

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

“We've been getting sandwiches from Louis Swiss for meetings for a while and they always go above and beyond. I need sandwiches cut in have and yes, they alter a sandwich to turn it into a veggie sandwich. ( I usually order around 10 to 20 sandwiches, 15 minute wait is amazing!) It's always a good experience with good food and amazing, dedicated, polite staff. Thank you so much for being so considerate!! I appreciate you!“
