Scooter’s Coffee in Eaton, Colorado, is an absolute gem! ? Located in a super convenient spot, it’s the perfect stop for a quick pick-me-up. My friend and I swung by before an early outing last weekend, and we were so happy we did! ☕️ From smooth black coffee to perfectly crafted lattes, they’ve got something for everyone. ? All three of us tried different drinks, and not a single sip disappointed!
But the magic doesn’t stop at the drinks! Their food menu is surprisingly tasty for such a cozy spot. ? The Everything Bagel Sandwich and Waffle Breakfast Sandwich are absolute must-tries! ?
Pro tip: Ask the baristas for their secret add-ons—you’re guaranteed to try something fun and unique you might not have thought of, and you definitely won’t regret it. ? The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and this place has quickly become a favorite stop. Can’t wait to go back! ?“

“I stopped by the LaSalle Stand a few days ago and wanted to try something new, Lex the manager in LaSalle made me the most amazing drink, Iced snowy with pomegranate and it tasted better then I expected. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. We will actually go out of our way to stop at the LaSalle 1!! This trip was extra amazing just seeing how much pride those girls take in having a clean store!!“

They're very knowledgeable and can prepare their drinks wonderfully. They also have good breakfast burritos and lots of options to choose from including smoothies.“

“Good service and a welcoming atmosphere. There's a wide variety of crepe options with both sweet and savory as well as some other breakfast foods available. Most things look to be able to be made gluten free, which is always nice to see. Overall a great experience every time!“

“Great coffee great people; but not a place you can really sit and enjoy a coffee with a buddy. The few tables available are only on one side of the building, and you have to cross drive-thru traffic from either side to get to them.
Would love it if at least one of the shops in Greeley had a real place to sit and enjoy some coffee outdoors with a friend that wasn't surrounded by car emissions, or right next to the busiest roads in town. This aside, their drinks are their specialty for a reason; and if all you want is some quick, addictively delicious coffee, with one of the most sweet baristas to help you pick your morning potions? Human Bean is phenomenal. Every I leave state, THIS is the place I miss going to the most.

Kid-friendliness: Baristas are very friendly towards kids and pets, and they also offer kid friendly menu options.“

“I go through the drive thru the most, but I really enjoy working in the cafe and its perfect for meeting with friends. The girls are so sweet and I love their Fresherz and Signature hot coffees. I definitely recommend their Matcha Blender though~ Haven't found anything that tops that yet“

“My Granddaughter got me hooked on this place. I get a carmalizer with light ice & a soft top. I tell you it hits the spot. The only thing I don't like is that their pasties are cold & they have no way to warm them up. A lot cheeper then Human Being & Starbucks...“
“This is my favorite location!! Marcus, Nikki ,and Avery and the best! Everytime I go there they always have a smile on their face and always friendly! For me it feels like they actually enjoy there job instead of just handing coffee out to everyone. At least they don’t show it if they don’t 😜. I have never felt more welcomed at a coffee shops than I do here. They ares upper helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and when they don’t have something they let me know when it will be in. The coffee is amazing and the food is good! Marcus messed up my order the other day haha but you know what not a big deal! I order the same thing all the time so to try something new is good from time to time! Brush it off and go about your day it’s not a big deal! I appreciate every one of you thank you for being my favorite coffee spot and favorites at that coffee spot! I feel I should mention Mads as well I haven’t seen her in a while but she was one of my favorites too!“

“Bailey and the team at Scooters were so helpful when I needed a bulk order of coffee during a recent two day event in Greeley. The communication was perfect and everyone at the event LOVED the coffee! We will definitely be utilizing Scooter's Greeley in the future for our catering needs!

“Absolute hidden gem! The ambiance here is wonderful from the repurposed grain facility that the distillery is built within to the garden and plants surrounding it. I had a beat vodka drink which was filled with local charm and culture and a refreshing gin and berry drink as well. The owner is also super nice and full of great stories.“
