My friend and I swung by before an early outing last weekend, and we were so happy we did! ☕️ From smooth black coffee to perfectly crafted lattes, they’ve got something for everyone. ? All three of us tried different drinks, and not a single sip disappointed!

But the magic doesn’t stop at the drinks! Their food menu is surprisingly tasty for such a cozy spot. ? The Everything Bagel Sandwich and Waffle Breakfast Sandwich are absolute must-tries! ?

“I stopped by the LaSalle Stand a few days ago and wanted to try something new, Lex the manager in LaSalle made me the most amazing drink, Iced snowy with pomegranate and it tasted better then I expected. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. “Great coffee great people; but not a place you can really sit and enjoy a coffee with a buddy. The few tables available are only on one side of the building, and you have to cross drive-thru traffic from either side to get to them.

Would love it if at least one of the shops in Greeley had a real place to sit and enjoy some coffee outdoors with a friend that wasn't surrounded by car emissions, or right next to the busiest roads in town. This aside, their drinks are their specialty for a reason; and if all you want is some quick, addictively delicious coffee, with one of the most sweet baristas to help you pick your morning potions? Human Bean is phenomenal. Every I leave state, THIS is the place I miss going to the most.

“My Granddaughter got me hooked on this place. I get a carmalizer with light ice & a soft top. I tell you it hits the spot. The only thing I don't like is that their pasties are cold & they have no way to warm them up. A lot cheeper then Human Being & Starbucks...“

“This is my favorite location!! Marcus, Nikki ,and Avery and the best! Everytime I go there they always have a smile on their face and always friendly! For me it feels like they actually enjoy there job instead of just handing coffee out to everyone. At least they don’t show it if they don’t 😜. I have never felt more welcomed at a coffee shops than I do here. They ares upper helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and when they don’t have something they let me know when it will be in. The coffee is amazing and the food is good! Marcus messed up my order the other day haha but you know what not a big deal! I order the same thing all the time so to try something new is good from time to time! Brush it off and go about your day it’s not a big deal! “Absolute hidden gem! The ambiance here is wonderful from the repurposed grain facility that the distillery is built within to the garden and plants surrounding it. I had a beat vodka drink which was filled with local charm and culture and a refreshing gin and berry drink as well. The owner is also super nice and full of great stories.“
