Kids play place is a bit hot in the summer. Still, we go.
Every time I come, they overstuff the bags, I don't know why they 're trying to save bags.The point is to get the food in close the bag and keep the food warm by the time you get home. On the bottom of each bag shows what item should go in there at a maximum.
This location was probably the most impressive McDonald's that I have ever been to. The food was served quickly and hot, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the staff were incredibly helpful!

Franktown McDonald's stands out with amazing service and food. Orders are always correct, and the food is fresh. The ice cream machine is cleaned daily, ensuring ice cream availability. The staff is fast and courteous, and the restaurant is clean. Customer service is top-notch, making it the best McDonald's in the state. The employees and management are very nice and always pleasant and helpful. Caleb, the shift manager, went above and beyond to help a customer with a mistaken order. Recently, a manager named Connor has also been recognized for his kind and welcoming attitude. He is encouraging and always goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. However, the new building design feels cold and sterile, with gray concrete walls and no community atmosphere. Some customers prefer the old-style comfort of other locations. The toilet seats could use more frequent cleaning. Despite the corporate atmosphere, the staff's kindness and efficiency shine through. Customers appreciate the fresh sandwiches, although some have noted that standards for the sandwiches need attention, especially regarding the cheese slices.
