“I ordered from DoorDash not knowing that jimmy John’s had changed their style of wheat bread to a flat sandwich bread instead of a roll. When I went in to ask for my sandwich to be put on a white roll instead they were kind, helpful, and speedy. I very much appreciate their handling of the situation.“

“Has to be said. 8" sub $10.... But then nothing between that and a 16" sub for $20+Tax.... That's wild and expensive 🫰 maybe put a 12" sub on the menu so normal people could eat normal portions on their lunch without spending $30... Food, and service was good.“
