Under staffed. Huge line inside that was not moving. I left and went to an Asian restaurant down the street.
As someone who works in the service industry, I hate to leave a bad review but my experience was very off putting. First off, I pulled up to the drive thru and was told it was closed, didn’t know they did this during service hours but whatever. I go inside and wait in line and when I get to the front there are only 4 entrees available and none of them were what I was interested in. Went at 9:30pm on a Wednesday and they were out of almost everything! Wouldn't recommend going later at night if you're hoping for something specific. I sympathize wanting to minimize food waste but running out of everything 30 minutes before close is wild for corporate fast food. Might as well close early at that point. Bummer 👎

Panda Express offers a satisfying dining experience with its diverse menu. The Teriyaki chicken has a short 8-minute wait, and the drive-thru staff are attentive, providing the option to bring the food out to customers' cars. The Kung Pow Chicken, priced at $10.00, is flavorful and the right level of spiciness, although some customers feel there could be more peanuts. The food isn't very consistent, and the steamed rice is almost always hard. Some customers feel the staff is not as polite or friendly, and quality has drastically gone downhill. However, some customers have had such a good Panda experience before, with the drive-thru being super friendly and making sure orders were fresh. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is super helpful, patient, friendly, and accommodating. It'll do in a pinch here.
