“Went in for carry out service and was delightfully surprised to witness such great customer service from Preston. He was in the middle of explaining what type of order a very old woman could get for her upcoming gathering, even though she could have gotten all this information online Preston took the time to genuinely help her. Even though my extra sauces were not included in the order which I paid for, I still feel the need to give kudos to the young man who showed exceptional customer service in a time when it’s so hard to find.
