I tried Lola’s tonight at Anderson Farms. They may have just been having a bad night so take this review with that in mind.Pros: cute truck, friendly server, easy to understand menu, appealing options.Cons: very long wait time, bland birria, no utensils for smothered fries, expensive.I paid $18 for an order of birria smothered fries. All of the food is great!! The tacos are delicious! Their green chile is rustic and flavorful. It's not too spicy. The quesadilla was crisp and gooey on the inside! My man running the kitchen was an absolute beast! Thank you!
