“Here's the deal...The Breakfast Tacos are THE order! A year ago, I wrote about the breakfast burrito but the breakfast tacos are superior. My husband tried them at work then took me within the week claiming, "Hannah, you just gotta try these!" The urgency in his voice told me everything: these tacos are GOOD!We got 2x Chorizo and 4x Bacon with all the fixings: potatoes, cheese, fresh pico and 2 kinds of salsa on the side. They come in combos of 2 for about $6 -- great deal in my opinion! My first bite -- explosion of flavor! The tortilla was soft and chewy, the potatoes melded with the eggs n' cheese, the meat tasted juicy but not greasy while the pico lifted and brightened the whole taco. It was savory while being fresh and reminded me of California Mexican! Something, I always want in my life. I got full after two but wished I could have eaten a dozen more. Will be back!“
“I am a huge fan of pupusas and when I spotted this food truck I knew I need to stop and try it! The owners are super friendly and gave me a sample of their Horchata (very different from the Mexican kind). He also showed me the "flower" used for the flower pupusa. It's ideally a vegetable with a strong taste. I ended up ordering the Revuelta (pork, beans, cheese), the Bean Cheese, and the Flower one. My fave was the Revuelta! Chef's kiss! I'll be back again! They were located at the O Reilly's Auto parking lot.“
“Thanks to the girls at Starbucks I think I've found my burrito spot. Although the intestines and tongue sounded good, I opted for the Steak Burrito w/the red chili sauce. The burrito was fabulously delicious and I inhaled it in a couple of bites. However, I was disappointed with the size as it was a tad bit larger than a taco. Aside from the size, it was so delicious, I ended up going back to order another one. The chili sauces were equally flavorful and fresh. If you're like me with a BIG appetite and love food, order extra. It's well worth your $$. Service was excellent.“

“Love their breakfast burritos and just tryed there tacos and I got the meal 3 tacos beans and rice and wow beans and rice where good and I got the Barbacoa tacos they where good the meat didn’t really have any good tasting seasoning on it I was looking for more flavor and I’ve hand many different kinds it just felt bland but I did get the one of the side options some green chili from there breakfast burritos and that satisfied my tast for a Mexican taco but definitely liked and will definitely recommend and will go back to try again with there other options“

“I’ve visited twice. The first time I went off of yelp reviews just to try the burgers and poutine. They were spot on great! I had to go back and try the hot chicken with of course poutine fries. The sandwich was very good, but man I just love the green chile and cheese curds over the fries. MmmmI know it’s a brewery atmosphere, but if this place had TV’s for sports they’d be busy as heck. “These tacos have the potential to be the best in Longmont but for some reason the barbacoa, birria, suadero and carnitas tacos all have a really weird taste to them, almost as if the water they use for them soaks into the meat. The asada and tripa and pastor don’t have this taste and are great. Really hope they fix it because they have the potential to be the best. Their salsas are also very good!“
